Boat Docks

Idaho Falls Power is proud to maintain and operate multiple boat docks and ramps along the Snake River for water recreational use. These docks and ramps are open to the public.

The docks and ramps are located at the following locations:

• Upper Plant: A boat ramp is located just north of the intersection of N 5th W and W 65th N.
• South Tourist Park: A boat ramp and docks are located 2800 S. Yellowstone Ave.
• Gem Lake Recreation Area (Upper Marina): A boat dock and ramp are located at 2761 W 49th S.
• Gem Lake Recreation Area (Lower Marina): A boat dock and ramp are located at 899 W 81st S.
